Please help me to troubleshoot my PC with following information:

- Problem: restart randomly. My PC run okay for 2 years now, but 2 months ago, it started to have problem. It restarts unexpectedly, sometime It could run for some hours than start to restart, sometime just several minutes working before restarting. it’s restarting also that i don’t work on the PC. I thought that is the motherboard that causes the problem because it is old. So I bought a new motherboard and the problem was not solved.

- I already tried some ways to solve this but not succeed:
+ Try to cool down the computer, now it has ideal temperature for the CPU.
+ Unplug the power and reset button (in case they are shorted, malfunction) and turn on the PC without the case.
+ reinstall new OS, try to install different linux distribution.
+ update drivers.
+ try to put the ram stick in different slot, try to work only with one stick, try to clean up the ram stick.
+ update the bios with gigabyte @BIOS software (i can try update the bios from usb flash drive maybe @BIOS not doing the job properly).

- Now I think the problem should be PSU, after 2 years using, it could start to weaken. So following some online instructions I managed to get the motherboard voltages from the bios as below:

cpu vcore - 0.972v
cpu vrin - 1.716v
DRAM Voltage - 1.368v
CPU VAXG - 0.756v

+3.3v - 3.284v
+5v - 5.130v
+12v - 12.168v

these voltages are good? So do the PSU get problem? can I open the PSU and fix the problem? or i have to buy a new one?

Please help me to troubleshoot this problem. Thank you so much.

Solution
The first thing I'd do is try to trigger a restart. That's because if I do something that triggers a restart, then that gives me a clue as to where the problem is.
1. Do a memory test, with all your memory installed. Does it pass?
2. Do a CPU stress test, does it restart or does it pass?
If you had a videocard you would also do a videocard stress test, but using integrated graphics means there's no need for you to do that.

i run Memtest86+ memory test it's take 3 hours and it's not find any error and it's not restart.
i run CPU stress test for 1 hour in AIDA64 and the pc don't restart during the test.
i don't have videocard.

What else can I do? I can try send the power supply to a computer lab? or call the manufacturer maybe he can fix it, or bring me a new power supply?
