Yes I tried to re-installation and decreased the version to 390.77 few weeks ago. This problem occurs usually and I know there is no hardware issue. Shouldn't I get at least 98% or 99% of GPU usage?

Right now I'm trying to download NVIDIA's new released driver, hope it will fix it.

How about Battlefield 1 in 1444p 144hz Ultra settings, can GTX 1080 handle it in ultra settings?

144fps at 1440p at ultra settings I HIGHLY doubt for a GTX 1080. I'm on titanfall 2 a lot which is less graphically demanding and I can't get 144fps at 1440P without turning everything from ultra to high/medium (I also run a GTX 1080).

You need a 1080 Ti to even think of getting 144fps at ultra.

Correct you should be at least in the 90% range. Yeah try the latest nvidia driver.
