1060 or 570?

Hello & good day to you all,

So I've been saving some money to upgrade my r7 260x. I saw a Palit GTX 1060 6gb vram for $300 & an Asus RX 570 4gb vram Strix Edition for $330, the reason why I considered the rx 570 is because I have a freesync monitor @ 60hz, so which one would you prefer? Thanks in advance guys & all I do with my pc is for gaming. I will buy the 1060 or 570 by 1st week of April so the prices will go down hopefully.

Here are my pc specs:
R5 1500x
G Skills Tridentz 8gb ddr4 ram @ 2400 mhz
Gigabyte b350m mobo
Silverstone 650w psu

The GTX 1060 competes with the RX 580 and generally beats it in most tests, so the if you want to get the best performance you should go for the GTX 1060. Freesync is nice to have, but getting higher FPS in general is better.

1060 is definitely the faster card, and if you can get it for cheaper then that seems like the best option to me. Unless you can find a good deal on a 580 I wouldn't skip the performance difference of the 1060.
