Here the specs I'm buying it for $450

Motherboard - ASUS Z170-A LGA1151 DDR4

CPU - Intel 3.7 ghz core I3-6100

RAM - 8 GB of DDR4

PSU - RM 550 Fully modular 80+ Gold certified

Case - Phantek Enthoo Pro M with 3 fans

Hard Drive - Western Digital 1TB

Video Card - MSI GTX 960

OS - Windows 10

Would this be a good buy?

It would cost you roughly that to assemble those particular collection of parts, so, if it includes Windows 10 and a MB, you'd likely be ahead...; is a motherboard included? (If not , I'd not intentionally start off with an i3 rig, possibly preferring to limit my choices to minimum 4c/8t designs, and much more preferably one of the 6c processors, like an R5-1600 or i5-8400 if possible)

I'm not personally a fan of any 2c/4t solutions for gaming, unless planning on VERY casual gaming, and, preferably on older games....
