No boot disk

Hi , I recently wiped my computer as it was suffering with games which I have the specs for but still cannot run. Since resetting my computer the games were running a lot better but some times ( most the time ) I opened internet explorer it would end up freezing. After installing a third game before I went to sleep last night I woke up to my pc saying no boot disk found and now when I turn my pc on it dosent even connect to the hdmi ?

My first fix whenever I see a system having issues booting and then trying a system repair is to replace the hard drive and install Windows clean on that.

When I try and power it on the computer lights will come on and the screen will remain black I know the computer is unresponsive though because the keyboard lights don’t come on.
I don’t no what I did to fix it but after a while it just started an automatic repair only for it to happen again later on.

I have a hp Phoenix envy
