I bought an Acer Predator PC from a friend, and I was curious what it is actually worth.

CPU: i7 6700k @ 4.00 GHz
RAM: 16.00 GB (2x8) Dual-Channel (unknown) @ 1064MHz
MOBO: Acer Predator G6-710
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
STORAGE: 256GB Liteon SSD, 1TB Western Digital WDC
OPTICAL: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GHD0N
Reason I am asking, is that if it is worth selling, I can buy a similar PC with new parts and I do not have to worry about if the thing is gonna collapse some day.
