You have wi-fi connected.
Use only one of them - either wifi or ethernet. Not both at the same time.
BTW - how is your ethernet cable connected? to switch? to router?

Well - you have to figure it out.
Other end of wall socket might be connected to a standalone switch (switch not connected to a router).
