12GB Ram 7.95 Usable

Hi! I've been getting problems for the past week its reading on windows 12GB I do have 2 Crucial Ballistix. But, yet it doesnt wanna use the other 4GB it just say 8192MB Usable but it is not using its full 12GB any help?

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
Video Card: MSI Geforce GTX 1050ti

1x 8GB Crucial Ballistix
1x 4GB Crucial Ballistix

I can only suggest to get another 8 gig instead of the 4. It should resolve the issue. Get the same type of RAM if you can. It will also help with dual channel, if You have 12 gigs it wont run dual channel so you will run at half speed.

Ryzen chipsets are very intolerant when it comes to mixing up memory modules. Here is the memory your motherboard supports. Note there are both single and dual (kit). Not sure what they mean by the different memory selection columns like A-Series or RX-1x100:

Like others said, odds are your motherboard does not support switching up different memory.

Thanks for the options guys please keep listing more solutions and i will go through them all. Also, I will be ordering another set of DDR4 Ballistix if it does work i will hit the reply :)
