Will Quickly Sliding Power Limit Multiple Times On MSI AfterBurner Damage GPU

Im just curious to know. what if i pull power limit to minimum and max left right left right multiple times quickly. Will it instantly damage my GPU?

well i dont know i was adjusting the power limit and left like using it as a fidget slider LOL!
