Hello!
i got intel 4690, nivida 1050 ti (i think 4 gb ram) and 8 ram.

i got like 70 download speed, about 2-3.5 upload speed (not very stable ) and 10 ping.

i tryed to stream already and i did, its working and the stream quality is watchable, although i do have lags and spikes (tho when i look at in-game fps it seems to be stable -60 while streaming).

i cant acutlly stream in this way, it interrupts my gameplay.

soo why do you think its happening? what should i upgrade in my pc ?

let me know if you want me to show OBS settings. (i set most of them into minimum- according some videos online. )
why this spikes and lags happening?

Your processor is fine, although I'd suggest possibly upgrading to 16gb of memory. Your upload speed is terrible... are you able to switch to a different plan/provider? Other then that, if you can afford to switch up to a 1060 6gb card that would also be a big help with fps.

hi! first of all thanks alot for answering! upgrading to 1060 isnt realy an option (because of money) about the the internet, i might be able to change plan and get 200 download and 5 upload (currently i have 100, 4) will 5 upload make such a change? but do you think its about the internet, cuz i can stream in decent quality, i do realize better internet = better stream quality but for the moment i need the specs that will help me make a watchable + stream and most important wont effect my gameplay . right now i can stream but as i said, my pc performance drop in a way that realy doesnt make me play the game (overwatch) soo, i do have the feeling upgrading to 16 gb might prevent this drop of performance. what do you think? and again, thank you for answering !

Open task manager and monitor your CPU/Mem/HD/GPU usage while you're streaming. You'll want to focus on what is consuming the most and see what you can do to resolve it(close unnecessary background apps, upgrade that component, etc..)
