Hey Everyone,
I just recently upgraded to the 1070 Ti and I cant seem to go over 100-110 fps no matter my settings. I can turn everything completely down and it doesn't change anything. My GPU stays at 70% usage and my CPU sits at 50% usage the entire time and I average 70-75% RAM usage while playing. My GPU sits at 64c and my CPU sits at 42c the entire time. I don't know what could be keeping me from hitting 144fps constant.

Zotac GTX 1070 Ti
8GB DDR4 2400MHz
EVGA 650W PSU
Asus Prime B350M-A
