Solution
I've overclocked my i7-7700K to 5.0 on air using just the Arctic Freezer i32 powered by the Corsair CX650M. I don't know why you'd need a 800+W unless you are running multiple GPUs.

All is well. I guess I'm just a little bit paranoid, because it's my first time to OC an i7 7700k. 1.230v on adaptive mode is good right? Temps never go 80c. Just around 70 to 75c.

That is fairly good temps. This what I was seeing when I was testing it with Prime95 load test:

I was getting up to 78C core temps using my fairly cheap air cooler, the Arctic Freezer i32. I replaced the Stock fan on that cooler with a cougar CF-V12HPB.
