What should i do to upgrade my AMD Radeon HD 7450MT?

CPU:Intel i5-3570 3.40GHz(4 Cores)
RAM:4GB(Try to upgrade to 8GB DDR3)
Motherboard:Hp Compaq Pro 6300 MT
PSU:Maximum 320W(Try to upgrade to EVGA 500W and attach a GTX1050)
Graphic Card:AMD Radeon HD 7450MT(1GB VRAM)
Hard Drive:Ata st500dm002-1bd14

Is there anything i need to check?

Many HP Compaq Pro 6300 MT run in cases that have problems with ventilation, so you might have to look for a GPU that doesn't produce too much heat.
Therefore, please show a link to the case you use (or rather, the exact computer you own).
