suggestions about best equivalent to my Q9650 & GT 630 mother & RAM

Hello every one , i'm from Egypt ,so sorry for my weak English language

I have a
Core 2 Quad CPU 3.0Gh 12 cache
GT 630 2g DDR3


M.B : P41 ddr2 & G41 ddr3
4gb ram ddr2 & 4gb ram ddr3

what M.B & ram type should i use ? what upgrades should i do like Power Supply ?

some one told me Changing to G41-mt-s2p ddr3 and ram to 4GB ddr3 will not make any changes

what about your suggestions ?????

While a matching stick of ram would help immensely, GTA V is pretty demanding, though, so I still stand by my statement of a new system is best. Dumping a lot of money into such old tech is not a good idea. A new motherboard will not improve performance. Going from 4gb to 8gb ram should prove useful, at the very least. I wouldn't invest more than that, in such an old system.

i want to keep my Q9650 and Graphic card .. so what M.B and ram types would be great with them .. i just want to run GTA V ... i run it now but its stopped suddenly after 5min playing
