Hello.
My build:
I5 8400, 16gb ddr4 2666mhz,
128gb ssd, 1tb hdd, asus gtx 670.

Monitor : lg flatron e2441

I experience screen tearing issues while playing games.
I analuzed could not find any solution.

I dont want to turn on v sync or lock frames it gives input lag.

I feel like it sometimes hapoen sometimes not. I dont know.
Is there any way to get rid of it?

Solution
There is no way to eliminate screen tearing without V-Sync or framerate locking.
However, Nvidia drivers have a new option for V-Sync called 'Fast'. This lets the GPU render unrestricted, but simply drops the extra frames. Use the Nvidia control panel and modify it for the specific game title you are having the issues with.
It's located under:
Manage 3D Settings->'Program Settings'->Select the game->'Vertical Sync'->Select 'Fast'
You can also experiment with turning 'Triple Buffering' on/off to see if it helps with the input lag.

P.S.- if you don't see that option, try updating to the latest drivers on Nvidia's site.
