GPU - Zotac 1070 8gb
RAM - 16gb 2400mhz

Is this a good build? want 1080p60fps on all games ultra and can multitask/render pretty decent times.

The build looks ok but I have a couple of questions...

-What is the exact model of the PSU? Considering it's the heart of your system you don't want a cheap unit.

-Do you need a budget AIO? Most air coolers around that price will outperform that H45 and more then likely be quieter.

Also even if you only have the OS on the SSD you may want to consider a 240gb unit so it won't fill up as fast and slow down. For multitasking you may want to consider a 1600 or 1700 for the additional threads.

I'm not sure what your budget is but something like this would game/render quite well, just overclock the CPU to around 3.6ghz+ on the stock AMD Wraith cooler.
