So i would just like to get some other opinions im looking to upgrade my pc for around 400-500 euro
My current specs
Ryzen 5 1500x
Gtx 1060 6gb
8 gb ddr4 ram

I was leaning towards getting a ryzen 1800x or a gtx 1070ti but im really not sure.
i am looking to get the best performance in games mainly as thats my main use of my pc
thanks in advance :)

First figure out what is lacking. If not able to get the graphics settings you want at decent fps, upgrade the gpu. If not getting decent fps at the graphics settings you have, upgrade (or OC) the cpu. If not getting the performance you expect, upgrade the ram, if you have slow boots and long load times, upgrade to ssd etc. But all that comes from you figuring out what you are missing.

8Gb ddr4 ram, for instance, tells me nothing. Is it 2133 ram and the cpu is stock speeds, or is the cpu @3.8GHz OC with 3200 ram.

The more in depth info you can provide, like exact specs, and what exactly you are wanting out of the pc, the better the picture you paint, the easier it is to say 'this is what needs to go or be added'
