High idle temp?

I have an i5-7600k, its overclocked 4.6GH, 1.26V.
My cooler is an h100i v2, push pull with 4 fans, two fans pull air from outside the case in, the second fans pull it through the radiator.

My idle has been pretty weird lately, for example it used to be decently low, 30, now it is sitting at 40 degrees, jumping up to 50 every so often with only firefox and discord running, usually 30-35 like I said. Doesn't make much sense with this cooler, even raising my fan curve, nothing seems to do anything. Is it the thermal paste? I have the stock paste on the block so..

Even at 3% load its running 42, and keeps jumping to 50 when windows decides to be stupid and make simple processes use 50% CPU.

It fluctuates a lot, here is a video I recorded, look how when the load goes up a little bit the temperature spikes up to 50, It makes 0 sense.

Update:
Alright so I decided to do a prime test, I maxed out at around 85 in a couple of minutes, which is already higher than I used to get. I usually maxed out at around 75. Temps just don't make sense.

Solution
Sounds like the RMA may be the way to go... If the replacement has the same results, you'll def. need a more robust CPU cooling solution. Good luck!

Your pump speed is set too low it appears; 1920 rpm... Try setting it to "performance" in your Corsair Link software then recheck your temp-numbers.

NOTE: Ensure that your BIOS (CPU-fan) setting is correct in order for the pump to operate optimally in all modes/function w/out issue w/ Corsair Link . Also, the factory pre-installed paste is fine and will last for several years/until you see fit to replace it.

Tried the performance type deal too, didn't seem to make too much of a difference, even turned up my fan curve for all 4 fans on the radiator, still not much of a difference. And what would I do in the bios for it to not mess with anything? Its a z270m mortar motherboard, general MSI bios. Gonna email the RMA service for Corsair

You'll have to go into your BIOS upon boot (usually DELETE button or whatever is posted on your BOOT screen) and navigate to "HARDWARE MONITOR" or something similar within your BIOS where Fan Control lies. You want to look for your CPU_header and see if it's set to PWM or DC.

If it's PWM, change it to DC, "SAVE and "EXIT" BIOS and login. See what your temps/settings look like now (if applicable).

Sadly no difference :( I might just RMA it if needed, I heard it may be air in the tubes, corrosion, or just crud in the pipes blocking it.

I actually lowered my voltage and that helped temps slightly, but ive gone higher clocks than this and had lower temps.

Problem is, there isn't much more of a better cooling solution unless I delid haha, not much more I can fit in my small case. Was barely able to fit the h100 in. Guess I have to RMA it. Thanks for the help though

Alright doing this with an H100i was not smart. I changed it, my temps got even worse after a bit, then I opened Corsair link and saw that my fans were off, and the pump was going from 0-500.. Thought it broke even worse, then I remembered I changed that and went back and it went back to normal. Still high idle :/ but yeah for anyone else in the future, don't try that.
