So I got an i5 650, I use to have and i3 and now every time I boot ami tells me on my second monitor to unleash CPU's full potential update bios. Now I've looked online on how to update it but Is ami the company to update my bios or is asus my mother board the page I go to, to get the bios update pack thing, if anyone could help and guide me through this maybe someone with discord I would greatly appreciate it. -

Your Asus motherboard will have a support page on the Asus site. You can look there in the 'downloads' section for the 'bios' section. Your motherboard manual will have information on how to update the bios. On older motherboards you may need to put the new bios on a USB stick and reboot the computer from that stick.

If you give the make and model of your motherboard I can look into this further. A free program called Speccy will give you this info if you don't already have it.
