I ask because when I mine, my temps were mid 80's for one card and mid 70's for second card and when I see my NiceHash Miner statistics on their website my cards temps look orange and red, which means that mid 80's is too hot I guess. I lowered power limit in AfterBurner software which also lowered my clocks speeds. Now my temps are in the mid 60's but, my hashrates also lowered.

I would like to get my hashrates back so I need to know if mid 80's is safe for bitcoin mining. Thanks in advance for reading my post.

Thanks for your interest but, I won't be mining forever. I bought my hardware mostly to render ocassionally and I had it there and barelly was using it so I tried mining and I've been doing it for about 5 weeks but, it won't be forever because earnings are not enough. Again, thanks for your interest.
