I just got into gaming and hope to get a good pc decent enough to play in full hd resolution if possible in 2K resolution. I'm not going to play VR but i wanted to know is the parts i pick are compatible and is really good. If you got a better part for me to pick please feel free to list it. By the way i'm indonesian.

Solution
By far get the Ryzen 1600. It's single thread performance is probably slightly less than the i3, but for multitasking, it will own that i3.

Also, if you overclock it, I think a review I saw said that the 1600/1600x at 4ghz trades blows with the i5 8400. I know I've got mine at 3.7ghz and at 1080p 60hz, it runs everything I want. I've only got a GTX 1050ti, so one step below your card in graphics.

The other thing, you'll want a 2x 4gb ram kit instead of a single 8gb stick. The kit will allow you to run dual channel and gives sightly better performance.

Other than that, seems pretty well thought out. Just make sure you've got enough case fans for moving air around.

But imo, between the 2 builds, I'd grab the ryzen 1600...

But imo, between the 2 builds, I'd grab the ryzen 1600 build and overclock to 3.7-3.8ghz or whatever speed you can achieve with stability.

If i switch the GTX 1060 3gb to GTX 1050 ti would it bottleneck the cpu ?

You actually want to keep the 1060 3gb card you have on there. The 1050ti is a weaker card, and would actually give less performance than the 1060.

However, if you are needing to take some money from the budget, the 1050ti isn't a bad card. You will be able to play at medium-high settings at 1080p 60hz on most games.

The only other thing I can think of, I notice for storage you only have a 120gb solid state listed as storage, do you have another drive that you are going to use as storage? If not, you may add say a 1tb drive for installing your games on.

You could just leave off the SSD and add it later as well. The SSD won't increase gaming performance, but will make things feel faster. For games however, if you had them installed on a SSD, they would load faster, but not get better fps.

I actually got a spare 1TB seagate HDD from my dad old pc

Ok. And as far as the 1050ti, if you are playing at 1080p 60hz, it will do fine. Mine runs everything I play. You might even look into the AMD RX 560 4gb cards. In the US they are a little cheaper than the 1050 ti, but give much of the performance. Just make sure that you get the ones that have 1024 stream processors.

But the system even with an RX 560 out 1050ti would let you play now, and give room to upgrade your ram and graphics card when prices eventually drop.

I actually could save up about $100 if i buy the RX 560 so would you suggest me to buy RX 560 instead of the GTX 1060 3gb and fill out the $100 to buy 2x8gb ram sticks ??

My preference would be if you get the RX 560, to get the 4gb version, and look for the one with 1024 stream processors. They make 2 variants, one has 1024 stream processors, which is slightly better, the other has 896, which I think is like the older RX 460. But that is my preference. You could also go for a 2gb card if you plan to upgrade later. But not knowing how GPU prices will go, I'd prefer the 4gb card so that it will last longer in case you can't get another card for a while.

So if you can save that much, then I'd say go for it. The ryzen 1600 and 16gb of ram would give you a great platform for upgrades. As then you could begin saving for a better card and be ready for an upgrade when new cards release/or prices drop.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it in many ways :D
By the way after hearing your advice the build i might go with turn out to be a little bit cheaper(https://pcpartpicker.com/list/r2qWD2)

I think if you are talking the class of GTX 1050 or 1050ti, that the RX 560 would be a good option if that much cheaper. The RX 560 will bottleneck the ryzen 1600, so basically the ryzen will push that card as hard as the card can be pushed I think.

All in all, I think it would be a good build, and when 3rd or 4th generation ryzen chips come out, I think you'll have room to upgrade the CPU as well if needed. But for now, you would have a good platform and could then wait for graphics card prices to drop.

The 1600 is a decent CPU, especially with a overclock imo.
