Keeping My GPU Fans @100% is good or bad? And other Temperature Queries.

My setup is as follows :
CPU :
*Intel i5 7400
GPU
*Gigabyte 1050ti 4GB Windforce OC
RAM
*HyperX Fury (2x8gb)
PSU
*Corsair VS450

Now, my cabinet came with 3(2 front 1 rear) stock fans, 2 of which are connected to the PSU via molex connectors and the one on the back is connected on the motherboard. In summer, my CPU and GPU temps rise up to 66-70C while gaming for 2-5hrs with GPU fan at 45%. (I control GPU fan speed using Nvidia Inspector)
When I stop playing and crank up the GPU fans to 100%, after 10-15mins the temperature falls to 36-40C. So is it fine to keep the GPU fans at 100% at all times? Will it have any cons? or any pros?

I ran a Benchmark using XTU on my CPU and the score was 631 and max temp was 65C. Is the score bad?

Also, will the temp of cpu and gpu affect performance? What are the ideal temperatures? Should I control or increase my CPU fans speeds too? If yes, how?
Please Help

Thanks :)

Your temps are quite normal. You don;t have to worry about dropping them, neither running 100% the gpu fans. What you can do for the gpu, is build a custom fan curve profile and force higher fan speeds based on your desired temps. For the cpu fan, you can control the speed in your bios. There should be an option to choose between auto and manual fan speed. Your score is also normal. Temperature has an impact when it exceeds 90's. Most cpus throttle at 95-100C to prevent damage, while gpus also throttle based on their temp limit dictated by their drivers and their bios. Short answer, you don't have to worry about anything. Just take your time to explore how to control your fans and optimize their usage to your needs.
