Win 7 wont open anything

My computer is a sony vaio i3 4gb ram. It wont open any single program.
I can't open google . Firefox....etc
And if this helps my computer screen is broken so to be able to see i plug a hdmi cable to the tv. And whenever i keep pressing on that program . After a while it says windows processes do not respond. Plz help

You may be in a bit of trouble here, the simplest fix is to do a repair or a clean Windows setup, but that will likely make your screen useless since the system will likely be on basic video drivers after setup, which will make your external screen useless. You can try booting off a virus rescue disk to run a scan, but again that may not show you an image on the external screen.
