Motherboar rear io usbs not working!

I have a problem since i moved from my old pc case to my pc case. I can boot to windows but my rear usb ports will not work, and the front ones don’t work either. Sometimes they work, not always. But they would only work in the bios, but when i plug in an usb storage it just bugs nothing happens. When i remove the usb it works again.
Its an msi z170 pro carbon motherboard. And the new case that i bought is an corsair 275r.
Please help me!!

Its strange, i got it to work somehow by g
Installinf the chipset drivers on my pc. But now my pc doesn't restart correctly, i just hangs in a half sleep mode, the mobo lights stay on and the fans still spining, but it doesnt restart. Its windows 10 btway.
And wenn i remove the pc from the socket the usbs dont work anymore, i have to install the drivers again.
