graphics card messed up

my card is a radeon RX 580 series and this only happens when playing games I'm really bad at describing things so i will just post a link to a video. but i tried disabling it in device manager and it worked fine just way to laggy. i want to say more but i don't know what to say

Solution
those are called artifacts. Turn off your overclock if you have one, use any hardware monitoring software to make sure your GPU isn't overheating, uninstall and reinstall drivers, physically remove the card making sure there isn't any dust in the PCIE port.

Generally artifacts mean that there is something wrong with the gpu if the above solutions don't work, RMA the card if you can still.

If you're past warranty, you could try lowering clock speeds or raising core voltage.

power sup is 450 watts/120 volts and the cable is 1 and idk what the pins are

none of these worked the card wasint overheating and i don't have the money to get it fixed :sad:
 


have you tried lowering clock speeds using MSI afterburner (or any other gpu software)?

This is pretty much trial and error, you're trying to find a clock speed at which the GPU is stable (no artifacting) , There are tons of guides online discussing clock speeds and raising voltage(there is more risk in messing with core voltage)

You are sure you card is out of warranty? A GPU less than a year old really shouldn't be having these issues.
