I have Asus Sabertooth X58 motherboard.
I got it used not to long Ago from a friend and it worked for him fine but now it has new parts including RAM hyperx Furry blue ddr3 Can link exact one if needed power supply of 600 watts old one was 550 everything else is the same.
Now, when I press the power button all fans come alive, but there is nothing happening with monitors (stay black) and I have two RED LED lights constantly ON on the motherboard: CPU and DRAM lights. don't have mini speakers to test sounds it makes right now
I have taken CPU out to check for any damage on it during transport but seems to be fine My question is very similar to this post but doesn't have the answer on therehttp://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3212434/red-cpu-dram-light-solid.html
Im thinking that the motherboard has broken during transport possibly but no idea.
