RAM for X399 Zenith Extreme

Hey Everyone, I am trying to find RAM to use for my Zenith Extreme board X399. I’ve read some reviews that said not all of the QVL sticks work well and that Threadripper can be picky too. My CPU is the 1950X.

Thanks for any help!

How much ram needed and what's the max budget? Some options in a variety of prices and amounts of ram,

can check these against the QVL.In retrospect is the Dominator maybe not the best option looking at it's cas latency of 18.Even the lpx has higher latencies than first expected,need to look further than what the pcpartpicker states.:p
The 4x8gb sets would be best choice,but expensive.
