On the SSD question the answer is yes, that should work with no issues.

For a graphics card you need to look at your power supply and CPU. If you PSU is too weak you may have to buy a new one, and if your CPU is too weak it won't be able to fully use a powerful GPU.

If you have a 500w power supply and a FX8320 or better you could get a GTX 1060 or RX580 (or 480)

Ok thank you...i got a 550w power supply . about GTX 1060 if you... which brand will you choose?and 3 gb or 6gb I saw alot of brand like asus ,gigabyte ,palit and etc....

6gb if you can, as it can have a 10fps lead over the 3gb model in certain games.

the specific model doesn't matter a whole lot, I would look at what sort of display outputs you want, and make sure the GPU will physically fit in whatever case you are using. Generally more fans means better cooler and a quieter card. all 1060s are overpriced right now, so the cheapest one you find might be the best option.

a GTX 970 is also a great choice on the used market, they go for around $200+ dollars, if you go that route make sure its not a Chinese scam.

The FX8320 will gimp anything at the GTX1060 level. I learned this the hard way. You will be disappointed with the benchmarks and in game performance. BTW see:

https://www.techspot.com/review/1474-ryzen-vs-older-budget-cpus/

And the are using a even better 8370 and it still comes up short. It got so annoying that I gave my 8320 build to my mothers since all they do web, word docs, etc. and replaced it with a R5 1600 build.

is being 5fps behind other CPU's really considering gimping?

5fps at 60 is pretty significant. Right now with 1060s are ridiculous $400, you don't want to be spending that kind of money and not getting the most out of it. If it were like $150 for 1060s, like when I got mine a year ago, then perhaps you can care less, but even then it was dissappointing, and eventually led to the R5 1600 replacement.
