CPU voltage going high on stock speeds (Intel i7@930 2.8 GHz)

Hello, I recently started doing overclocking. I managed to overclock my GPU to get a stable 53°C under load for 30'. But when I went to my CPU (Intel i7@930) at stock speed (2.8Ghz - Turbo:3GHz), I first ran cinebench and had HWmonitor and afterburner monitor my temps and CPU-z to view my voltage. My voltage went as high as 1.3 volts but my biggest concern is my temps. The first time one core hit 90°C and the second I got 98°C. I do not know if I thermal throttled but it is really worrying. I mean cinebench does not run for long. What if I start doing really CPU demanding tasks for a long time? Should I undervolt it to 1.15v or 1.2v??

Well since it was taking too long for someone to answer I went ahead and put a stable voltage of 1.125v and guess what. Stress tested it for a few minutes using CPU-z and well I hit 75 after 10 minutes of testing (at least not instantly lol) right now only one core is a bit high (#1) but it is sitting for 5 mins at 80°C so I think I am good. Oh went to 82°C after 7 mins. I am good. In case someone else has the same issue, just undervolt it a bit. I think I'll go for 1.1v or 1.075. Wish me luck
