Hi, If 4 pin connector, you can try using a 4 pin to 2x 3 pin:
https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-MUYHSFMM-Headset-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B0058DOWH6
But, it depends on the standard the earphones use. CTIA vs OMTP.
