8gb ram
gtx 1070
windows 8 64bit
CPU usage when riding a horse in witcher 3 is sometimes 100% while GPU usage that time is around 95-98% is this consider bottleneck?
2. currently I have 60 hz most games run at 60 fps if I use 144hz monitor and have more fps will gpu or cpu usage increase?
