So I am having a little problem.. I have some weird Temperature like 40-45 on my HDD.
Oh by the way I have this HDD for like 8 Years it's an Blue Western Digital 500GB. I think it is going to die soon.. But I am doing some backups before that.. In Crystal Disk Info it show caution.. I have some Uncorrectable Sectors and other.. So.. What Is the problem? Is it because it is about to die? Or it is normal for an HDD to have temperature like this.. My new pc HDD have only 25-30 Temperature.. So..
Just saying this old HDD have 39853 Hours of work..
Can I do something to make him live a little longer?
(I know that my hdd is going to die soon because I did heard some weird sounds inside..)

Solution
1. 40-45C is fine
2. "Uncorrectable Sectors" is bad
3. "weird sounds inside" is bad
4. 8 years old, 4.5 years actual running time - Drives die. Prepare to replace it.

Well Yeah I knew it..
Oh and ofc I was ready to replace it.. I don't use this pc anymore for games (cuz it can't play anything at all)
I am going to replace it with an SSD.. Best way to save an old computer...
I just use it for downloading stuff while playing with my gaming pc..
