I burnt my ram stick and now my pc will not start.

I got 2 new ddr3 8gb Corsair vengeance ram sticks and I did not unplug my pc or turn of the back switch before exchanging ram sticks. I took two generic Samsung 4gb ram sticks out and replaced them with the Corsair sticks and I smelled a biting smell when trying to turn on the pc and 2 gold columns on my good ballistix sport ram had been fried black and smelled very bad. When I try to turn on my pc I see the green me led and a red standby led that goes on when my cpu fan turns, the cpu fan only turns for one second before stopping but continuesly does this. I’m not sure what to do I can even get bois on or safe mode on. My monitor does not pick up signal either. I need help because all I do is play on the pc.

Something was shorted when you swap ram while power was on. And now 1 ram stick has been fried or both of corsair vengeance sticks?
You could try to remove those sticks (with power off obviously) and put 1 samsung 4gb ram stick on slot 1 and try power on. It might be it only killed the ram sticks.
