What should I upgrade next on my PC?

I am a budget PC gamer, I built my PC about 3 years ago and I am currently satisfied with my build. I generally play racing sims, and some fps. With my current build I am aware that it is not the best, however it gets the job done. Now the main point of this thread is upgrading, and within a couple of months I am planning on upgrading. Note that when I first built it I just used the APU and a year later I added the card. I am aware that if I do upgrade the processor, I would have to also upgrade the motherboard, which I am willing to do. The card is something I would like to upgrade but knowing the situation with miners sadly it is something that is a little hard to do, being on a budget.
I would appreciate any help/advice, thank you for reading this :]

Currents Specs:

AMD - A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core
Gigabyte - GA-F2A88XM-D3H Micro ATX FM2+
8 GB of DDR3-1866 memory
1 TB hard drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB
400W Power supply
Cooler Master 212 cooler
Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case

The 950 is still a decent card which you can keep on using. But your current platform is old and obsolete for gaming in 2018. Your first upgrade should be changing the platform to a recent gen. Intel/AMD lineup, depending on your budget. That includes cpu/mobo/ram.
