I bought a new laptop and since when I have it after 20 minutes of playing the game, any fps drops to 15-20 after restarting the file back again to normal fps and after 20 minutes drops
Here are my specifications:Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon(TM) R2 Graphics 4gb ddr4
500gb hdd
cpu amd e2-9000e

If it's somewhat consistently after 15 minutes no matter what you do it sounds like it could be overheating? If it gets too hot it will throttle either the processor or graphics. Check the processor and GPU temperatures. If there's no pre-installed hardware monitor utility for this you should be able to use something like GPU-Z and CPU-Z from techpowerup.com.
If the temperature is the problem, make sure you're not blocking any vents. There's also a somewhat useful workaround by getting a laptop cooling pad, which uses fans to blow more cool air inside your laptop.

you should check your graphic card temps while playing with some program such as GPU-Z ... probably your laptop is not able to drop the temps and the card goes into thermal throttling which drop the frames.
