you mean if you remove the hard drive from your pc.
yes it will still have the data on it, it won't dissapear

If you mean will everything still be in the memory (RAM) of your PC when you remove your hard drive - then, no. The hard drive stores everything, the RAM just has whatever the PC is using at the time while the system is powered on, but it MUST have the hard drive accessible.
