Occasional PCH initialisation error

Hello,

my almost brand new PC is starting to show odd signs of trouble. 2 weeks ago, when I tried to wake it from sleep, my motherboard displayed D2 error (PCH Initialization error). The PC turned on. fans were working, but all the LEDs were turned off, and monitors didn't display anything.

I opened the case and checked if any cables was loose, or if there was any connection issues between components. After starting my PC again it worked, not a sign of issues anywhere. Today however, the same thing happened again, after sleep D2 error was popping up again. Today I solved it by simply unplugging the whole PC off and back on to electricity.

I am wondering what might be causing this, is there a way to fix it, should I just RMA my motherboard?

My specs:
ASUS ROG Crosshair VI HERO
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Gigabyte Aorus Geforce GTX 1080 Ti
G.skill FlareX 2x8 GB
Corsair 850RMX

Maybe it's worth mentioning I have 2x monitor, 4x HDD, 2x SSD, 3x 140mm fans, 1x 120mm fan connected to the PC.

Thank you for the help,

Tim
