Hello, Im going to biuld a PC with a MSI 1080, a i7 8700k and a MSI Z370-A PRO
( I dont want to oc for the first time).
I want to cool everything with 3 be quiet! Silent Wings 3 140 mm PWM (2 at the front and one at the back.)
The CPU should get cooled with a be quiet! Dark Rock 3. Sry for my bad english btw.

What's the question? More what?

First, the cooling requirement changes a lot depending on how high you overclock the CPU. The VOLTAGE is the primary cause so don't put it higher than needed.

I've never seen anybody put two fans on one side of a radiator but only one on the other side... I wouldn't buy more fans for the cooler until you see how it performs.

Even then if you can get to say 4.9GHz at 80degC (max recommended for sustained use) so need more fans to increase cooling at 5.0+ GHz (which may or may not be possible) I wouldn't bother going above 4.9GHz anyway since the real-world benefits are minor to nothing.

Unless it's about aesthetics (looks) I'd actually get the Noctua NH-D15S air cooler...

Unless it's about aesthetics (looks) I'd actually get the Noctua NH-D15S air cooler:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xCL7YJ/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd15s

It has gotten the i7-8700K to 5GHz below 80degC (case, room temp, motherboard etc will all affect the temperature).

Air coolers are more reliable.

The Kraken X62 rev 2 can cool more though it's expensive: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2RdFf7/nzxt-kraken-x62-rev-2-982-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-rl-krx62-02

Both its fans and pump can change speed so it's one of the best AIO's out there. It's still unclear what the failure rates are for pumps etc though.
