How much is this used CPU worth?

Can someone tell for how much money INR this cpu worth. I want to buy it from my friend for basic computing. Cpu was in good condition.
1. Processor AMD sempron 145 2.8ghz
2. Gigabyte GA78LMT-S2PT
3. 2×4gb ddr3 1033mhz
4. 500gb hdd
5. 550W PSU 20 pin

That computer would barely be able to browse the web.
It's completly useless for any tasks in todays world so I would not recommend you getting this.

$25 USD. At least that's how much it is worth in the US. Since you can pick up a used, working and much faster Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 8GB RAM for $50 and Core i5 system for $100.

Depends on the market tho. In europe to get a q660 or similar system you are already getting close the the 80€. Best is to look at the local market and base it on that. In india that pc would go for about 4000INR.
