Ram frequency Issue

I believe i have some issue with my Ram or some settings in BIOs that i am not aware of.

i have a
8gb*2 ddr4 3200c tridentz rgb ram

asus B350 gaming motherboard

&
ryzen 7 1700

In bios my memory freqency is showing only 2133Mhz.

i check my ram packaging an dthe labeling on the ram. Both shows the reading as 3200Mhz.

Please let me know whats the issue here.

And how exactly we do that?
I looked up some forum but was unable to locate the xmp option.

I have AI overclock tuner set to D.O.C.P

And the D.o.c.p set to ddr4 3200

Memory frequency is also set to 3200Mhz

Hmmm. That sounds about right, have you checked the RAM speed once out of the BIOS? Like in task manager or preferably CPU-Z?

Well I checked it on CMD using the wmic memorychip get speed
I got 2133 there

And on cpuz under spd panel.

Module size: 8192mb
Max bandwidth: DDR4 -2132(1066Mhz)
Partnumber: F4-3200C 16-8GTZR
