How much performence i will get?

Hi guys im new here.

I have a system and im gonna upgrade it.
I have two questions:
1. How much performence i will get by upgrading?
2. Can i play games at med-high settings in at least 30fps(smooth i mean)?

My system(now):
Pentium G2020
Amd ati readeon hd 5450
6gbs ddr3

New system:
Asus h81 plus motherboard
Core i5 4690k
Asus phoenix gtx 1050ti
8gbs ddr3

with that spec you can run most games at max settings, unless you're talking about games like pubg, then you gotta turn down your settings to medium or lower fxaa antialiasing to get more out of the game
