Ahhhhh, the geforce 210
To be honest, I'm not gonna lie. You shouldn't be running Windows 10 with those specs. The problem's because Geforce 210..... is very, very old. It does not benefit DirectX12, which we're using now in modern days. Yes, it can be detected by Windows 10, but most drivers are usually outdated or abandoned, since GT 710 is currently substituting Geforce 210 in modern era. What you can do is try to rollback your graphics drivers and see if it works.

Oh yeah, and the reason you're seeing everything smaller than it used to be is because you didn't adjust the resolution. It can be done by right clicking anywhere in Desktop -> Display Settings -> Resolution -> Drag the toggle all the way up or to somewhere like 1280x720 -> Apply. That's for Windows 10, but if you downgraded from Windows 10 to 7, do this, Right click anywhere in Desktop -> Screen Resolution -> Resolution -> Drag it to somewhere near or 1280x720 -> Apply. If you can't adjust any of these settings, it's most likely you've not have a graphics driver installed after performing an installation of a fresh copy of Windows. To do that, you need to give me the brand of geforce 210 you bought (i.e. msi, gigabyte)

Yeahhh, in this case, your only choice is to go back to Windows 7. But due to your spec, install Windows 7 Professional. It's a much more 'friendly' version of Windows for older systems. After the installation Windows Update will get the job done for you as it's still supported by Microsoft. But after few years later, most older machines will meet their doom as Microsoft will end all existing supports for Windows 7. They always do this after 5 years of the initial release.
