Specs:
CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8gbx2 (16gb total)
Motherboard: MSI Z270 Tomahawk
Integrated graphics chip: Intel HD graphics 530
Monitors (With native resolution):
Main (Monitor 1): Dell s2409W (1080px1920x1080) 60ghz refresh (HDMI port in GPU)
Secondary (Monitor 2): Dell 1907FP (1280x1024) 75ghz refresh (Digital input in motherboard for IGU)
Now, the problem is:
Every-time i run a game full-screen, windowed or windowed borderless on my main monitor and then, say run a youtube video on the secondary it cuts my main monitor's framerates to 30fps until i pause the video on my secondary. Basically if anything animated (even a buffering symbol) plays on it it cuts my main monitor's frames by half.
I have no idea why this has occured.
