Can i run pubg on high or medium settings

So im going to buy a new pc with these specs
Intel core i3 7100k
GTX 1050ti 4 gb
Motherboard Gigabyte H110
But my memory ram is only 4 GB will i be able to run PUBG atleast on medium settings?

You'll need 8GB for medium settings. Luckily, memory is one of the easiest upgrades possible although it has been more expensive recently. If you can, upgrade to 16GB (8GB x2) for the best performance.
