My newly built PC is bootlooping. After 15 seconds of powering on, the gpu fan stops and after 30 seconds the whole system shuts down and repeats. I have arranged the RAM sticks (also tried using only 1), applied new thermal paste, reset CMOS twice, verified that all cables are tightly plugged to the mobo, and have removed all parts one by one to find the issue. There is also no beeps when the pc shuts down.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050
Motherboard: Asrock AB350M Pro 4
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3
Storage: 1TB Seagate Barracuda
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB
PSU: EVGA 500W
