Had some problems with my laptop. Removed Hard drive and saved important files. To do this had to change the access rights of the HD. Upon putting back into original laptop it can not read as I did not know whats its original access rights where.
I have tied recovery pc options / factory reset wiping all files only to get notice saying there was a problem doing this or stuck in a constant loop.
Should I get a clean Windows 10 install from usb or DVD? Will it work if laptop has not got current Hard Drive Access rights
Or should I remove Hard Drive format it and do the above? Will that over ride the restrictions?
You see when I granted access rights on my other pc to the HD it changed some files but not all, so guess it is a complete mishmash now.
