Not sure if this memory is good or not

ello, I just built a computer and its running fine. But recently I tried to play Dawn of War III, and a message popped up that this game will not be able to operate efficiently with the amount of memory you have available. So, I checked my memory, and I have Team 8GB (2 x 4GB) T-Force Delta II RGB Series DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz Desktop Memory Model TF3D48G2400HC15BDC01. I checked the requirements for the game, and I meet the recommended requirements for the game. So I am not sure if its something else or if the memory could be faulty I checked to make sure that the memory was attached properly and it was. Any thoughts on this matter would be good. Also, would it be recommended to add two 8GB memory sticks to jump up to 24GB?

Solution
my twocents on memory upgrade.

adding two stick of the same spec memory you have can greatly reduce memory compatibility issue. (here is why)

1. 16GB total memory is enough most game atm
2. 2x4 is cheaper than 2x8 sticks
3. same 2x4 team memory, with similar timing can cause less memory compatibility issue.

Then I think it's just the game not getting what it wants, and not completely your RAM. It says 8GB recommended, but if you have other things running in the background, like a browser or some hidden process(es), then the game has less RAM to access than what it wants.

If you plan to upgrade RAM, do what zyh1987 suggested, for both price and compatibility reasons.
