When I stream, the stream displays like 1 frame per second and you cant keep up with anything. The video is extremely choppy/labby and I don't understand why.

Video Bitrate - 2500
Encoder - Software (x264)
Audio Bitrate - 160
Base Resolution - 1920x1080
Output Resolution - 1280x720
Downscale Filter - Bicubic (Sharpened scaling, 16 samples)
FPS Value - 30
In-Game Settings
Resolution - 1920x1080
FPS - 60
