My gpu will not fit in my pci slot. If I have the gpu at orange (outside the expansion slot of the case) blue and purple will align but red(the outside metal part of the gpu) will cannot push any further in. If I have the gpu at yellow, red is allowed to be pushed in but blue and purple will not align not allowing the gpu to be pushed in any further. https://m.imgur.com/gallery/1Bzqt

Solution
Make sure two of the metal slot tabs on the case are removed for the card, which I assume is a dual slot card. The metal case tab that matches the pci-ex slot on the motheboard, and the one right next to it. If you leave one of those metal slot covers on it will prevent the card from seating properly.

Also, the parts that must align are the part of the card that fits flush against the back of the case, and the other end of the card, the end that is usually latched on to the motherboard. If you look at how you are attempting to insert the card, if that latch end isn't positioned right then it doesn't matter what's happening with blue/purple/whatever. If that latch isn't aligned right then the card isn't aligned right. Once you get the...

I suspect the the card's end bracket is not lining up with the gap between case and motherboard. The case may even have a cut-out slot in the motherboard tray for the card's bracket's tab to pass thru. Sometimes this happens. The card's bracket's tab might be slightly bent. Check closely where the bracket's lower tab sits in relation to the gap between case and board. You may have to slightly bend/straighten the tab a bit to make it clear.

Once you get the position of the latch end right, then you can study what is the problem on the other end- the end fits up against the back of the case.
