Pc keeps rebooting

Hello everyone.Yesterday I changed my cpu cooler.after installing it I tried powering it but it goes to a restart cycle immediately.Powers on and half a second later powers off.Doesnt post or boot.The cooler is properly mounted but when I installed the motherboard back to the case I may have grabed the heatsink a liitle hard and pulled it a little.bit.could I have bented the cpu pins?cpu is a i5 750 and mobo a crappy ecs p55ha.Thank you in advance!

Wait, so you took out your whole motherboard when changing the cooler? I don't think bending your cpu pins should occur unless you also took out the cpu when you changed the fan. Reseat your RAM sticks. You don't even see your bios, right?

Yes I removed the mobo so Icoukd screw the backplate of the cooler cause I didnt have enough space in the case.Changed orientation in ram tried booting with one stick only nothing.The same thing.

This is gonna be one of those "captain obvious" replies, but here goes: Did you clean off the old thermal paste from the processor with alcohol (water is bad) and use new thermal paste if the new cooler didn't have it already?

Yes cleaned it with alcohol applied thermal paste.I almost forgot to remove the plastic seal from the new cooler but I remembered it before actually installing it :)
Update I just removed the cpu and a pin in the socket is broken.
